【Objectives】
When students travel on overseas educational experiences conducted by Science Tokyo, it is important that they learn not only specialized knowledge for their field of study but also the culture, manners, and historical background of the country they are visiting.

【Session content】
Exchange sessions between Science Tokyo international graduate and undergraduate students, or undergraduate students/faculty or lecturers who have previously visited the destination country, where they can freely discuss the exchange destination’s culture. These will provide cultural understanding and cultivate cultural competency, expanding undergraduate students’ global perspectives, improving their respect, and understanding of diversity, and their communication skills, while giving international students (if join) an opportunity to share their culture and interact with undergraduate students.

【Notes】
*Attendance will not be reflected in credits or grades, but may be taken into consideration as international experience, depending on the department of study. If students attend prior to the selection interview process, it may also be counted favorably in the scoring process depending on the department.
