Graduate-School Health Sciences Leadership Program “Effective Research Presentations” Workshop (G-HSLP)
- Dr. Noriyuki Kasahara, professor of UCSF is happy to assist you with presentations and script in English you have already created.
- Practice sessions are based on your needs.
- Get feedback on any presentation you need to give in English, ex. academic conference, seminar, or TMDU course lecture.
- Any TMDU Graduate Student or Faculty is welcome.
Workshop Objectives
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
1) Create effective slides and scripts for presentations
2) Explain presentation topic more effectively and clearly
3) Have confidence in their presenting skills and ability to handle Q & A

Workshop Style
Up to 3 students can sign up to attend each session of the Guest Instructor workshops.
Students should come prepared to give a 10-minute presentation about their own research work.
Each presentation will be followed by questions and answers and feedback from instructor and peers (20 minutes).
By signing up students promise to attend the time period they have reserved for the workshop.
